was founded in 2007 by Patrick Duba.
The group works across the whole Auvergne Rhône Alpes region, specialising in the acquisition, investment,
renovation, and resale of buildings and land in individual units or blocks.
With close to 20,000 square meters acquired since it began business, the Actys group undertakes value
enhancement work as well as requalifying to standards and plays an active part in
uplifting the architectural heritage while observing environmental standards.
